What is suit up saturday?  These are going to be partner WODs where you and anybody else you can convince to meet in the box, to show up, suit up and get ready to do battle.  Create your own little throwdowns!  For tomorrow, suit up at 9:00 A.M.  Post to comments if you're in. 

WOD: With a partner (if you don't get a partner, just cut everything in half and get after it.)

50 Front Squats (155/115)

100 Clapping Push Ups

200 Double Unders

100 Ring Dips

50 Back Squats (same bar)

REC:  100 banded pull aparts to increase blood flow and recovery
