Think you're ready for the Open?  You've got less than three months til it starts.  Time to get it in gear!  So, to help you prepare we're doing Event Two from the 2010 CrossFit Games.

63 KB Swings (American 1.5/1)

36 Pull Ups

Run 800 M

42 KB Swings

24 Pull Ups

Run 400 M

21 KB Swings

12 Pull Ups

Part B. (immediately after Part A)
