Skill Drill: Handstand walk practice for 10 minutes

WOD: Team WOD!!! Shared burden with teams of two, complete the following:
5 Rounds for time of:
Run 4 laps
20 Power Cleans (135/95)
30 Box Jumps
20 Burpees

***Only one person may work at a time. This is "shared burden", so you accumulate the reps together, for example, on the 4 lap run, each person will run 2 laps to accumulate a total of 4. Only one barbell and one box per team. Have fun!
