"300" - Shared Burden- only one person may work at a time- accumulate the rep total as a team
50 Pull Ups
100 Floor Wipers (135/95)
100 Kettlebell Clean and Press (1.5/1)
100 Dead Lift (135/95)
100 Box Jump (24")
100 Clapping Push Up
50 Pull Ups

**You csn mix up the order of the movements, but you must complete all reps of one movement before moving on to the next. Also, you must start and finish with the 50 Pull Ups. Happy Saturday!
