SWIM WOD DAY!!!
40 minute AMRAP of:
100 meter swim (two laps) while partner completes as many rounds as possible of:
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
***When your partner finishes the 100 meter swim, you switch places. Score at the finish is total rounds of the burpee/push up/air squat combination. So keep track! When you get out of the pool, start where your partner finished on the AMRAP combo. Have fun!
