Nice work to all of you brave enough to take the Airdyne for a spin.  For many of you it was a first.  Those of you who weren't here, you missed out.  Top time to get 50 calories was 1:20!  Well done!

REC:  One attempt at max unbroken wall balls (20/14).  No resting, your turn is done when you no longer hit the blue line, don't squat below parallel or pause to rest.
