WOD with a Partner
Complete all reps of a movement before moving on to the next movement. One partner works at a time. It doesn't matter which partner does the work. Reps only count while your partner is holding his/her required position.

100 Back Squats (135/95)
While other partner holds chin above pull up bar.

100 Pull Ups
Partner holds bar in front rack.

100 HOD Push Ups
Partner holds bar locked out overhead.

100 Paralette Pass Throughs
Partner holds bar in the top of a deadlift.
