Here's a quick video from Kelly Starrett addressing some good mobility exercises to open up your hips for more efficient squats. Try this before you hit today's WOD! (Sorry about the :30 advertisement at the beginning. Necessary evil, I guess!)

Score is the sum of the best of all attempts at each of these lifts. Be sure to take ample rest between attempts, about 2 minutes.
