If you are signed up for tomorrow, please be early.  Warm up and get your equipment set up by the time of your heat.  We've had awesome performances so far and we're looking forward to more.  Great job so far everyone!

The gym space will be in use from 8:30-12:00 for those who are signed up for the Open.  If you are going to be doing a different WOD, please choose a time before or after this time frame.  Thank you.
