Strength:  3 sets of max reps -- Overhead Barbell Lunge @ 95/65

WOD:  3 Rounds for Time

15 Hang Cleans (135/95)

15 Burpees

REC:  Shared burden 80 Toes to Bar.  One person work at a time.
