The CrossFit Open is coming. The Open is an annual test of fitness to measure your progress over the last year. It’s a fun time of year to workout a little harder, learn new things about yourself, and spend some quality time with the 307 community. Signing up for the Open is not required. If you do want to sign up, you will be able to enter your score into the international scoreboard to see how you stack up against others of your age around the world. Go to games.crossfit.com to sign up. We will be programming the Open workouts in classes on Fridays for 5 weeks: Feb 22 - Mar 22. Each Friday night, we will arrange a community gathering somewhere around town for everyone to get together and hang out. More details to come.
