Thanks to all 79 Athletes who dedicated their time, energy, efforts & skill to Coach Deifel yesterday! Josh's surgery was successful and he is recuperating nicely. Its good to see how the 307 Family takes care of their own!

Partner WOD: One athlete performs the prescribed movement with prescribed reps while the other athlete performs the other movement for max reps. Once the prescribed number of reps is completed, athletes switch, until the AMRAP time runs out.
