Hope everyone had a Happy Thanksgiving. Now it's time to work off that Cranberry sauce! No Formal Classes. Beginning WOD times are 9:00 A.M. and Noon, open gym the rest of the day.
WOD: "Wal-Mart's Action Alleys"
5 Rounds for time. Two rows of Boxes set up the length of the gym at varying heights, form two lines to keep people moving and loop through your line doing the following:
-Box jump the length of the gym, then Do 50 Double Unders at the end and bear crawl back to the beginning (creating a loop).
-Box Jump the length of the gym, then Do 15 Ground to Overhead each arm with a dumbbell (45/35) and broad jump back to the beginning.
-Box Jump the length of the gym, then go do 15 G.I. Janes (burpee pull up) and crab walk back to the beginning.
-Box Jump the length of the gym, then do max rep deadlifts (225/155) and high skip back to the beginning
Move quickly and don't get caught by the person behind you.
