Muscle Up Strength
The first step to getting a muscle up is strength, once the strength is available, we work on technique to become more efficient. The majority of us need more work on our muscle ups either trying to get our first one, or increasing the number we can do at a given time.So, here is some additional strength work to help get us there, as well as a video showing us what a muscle up looks like in slow motion.
Exercise: 50 Strict ring pull ups for time at body weight if possible.
