WOD #1

20 Min Clock. 3 Parts.
All 3 teammates participate.

Part 1: Waterfall
Teammate 1 will start at Station 1. Once finished, he/she will move to Station 2 and Teammate 2 will start at Station 1.  And so on...  Once Teammate 1 finishes the final Station, he/she will wait until Teammates 2 & 3 complete the full waterfall before moving on.  Scale or Badboy as needed!

Station 1:  15 Burpee Box Jumps (Rx = 24/20”)
*You may go 30”
Station 2:  20 DB Snatches (Rx =  55/35#)
*Available weights 15#-85#
Station 3:  25 Toes 2 Bar
*Scale with K2E
Station 4:  30 Wall Balls (Rx = 20/14)
*Available weights 8#-30#

Part 2: 3RM Clean & Jerk Ladder
Once all 3 Teammates finish Part 1, you will move to Part 2.  There will be 12 weights in the Clean & Jerk Ladder.  Each teammate can spend as long as needed to make a successful 3 rep Clean & Jerk.  Rx is to hold the bar for all 3 reps and lock out at the top of each rep.  You can start at any weight and move up or down as needed.  The first teams there will have rights to go first but everyone will have to take turns.  Once all 3 Teammates have established a 3RM, move on to Part 3.

Part 3: On the Track
All 3 Teammates work together.  In the remainder of your 20 mins you will accumulate as many Laps on the track as you can. Each teammates’ Laps will count towards your total weight.  Each team will have 1 sandbag.  Laps will be weighted as follows:

1 Lap Running = 10#
1 Lap w/Sandbag = 20#
1 Lap Buddy Carry = 30#

Floater WOD

To be completed at any time between Noon and the start of the final event.  All 3 teammates participate.

5 Min AMRAP
5 Tire Flips
10 Tire Jumps by each
*All work at the same time
**Each flip & jump count as 1 rep. 1 Rd = 35 reps
Rx = One of the Big Tires


WOD #2

~20-30 Min.
All 3 teammates participate.
