Pre-WOD: Handstand walk practice with a buddy
In honor of Pat's (PBJ's) birthday, we are going to include a few of his "favorite things" in the WOD.
"PBJ" - 30 minute AMRAP of:
15 Burpees
15 KB Snatch (1.5/1)-Right Arm
15 KB Snatch (1.5/1)-Left Arm
800 meter run (about... up to the stop sign by the apartments on Blackmore and Landmark and back)
R.E.C.: 100 Kettlebell Sit Ups for time!!!
