Skill Drill: Box Jump practice! Spend 10 minutes working on connecting your box jumps while still opening your hips at the top of the movement

WOD: Hill Repeats! Starting at the front door of Lifetime, complete 3 hill runs with a 2 minute rest between efforts. The course starts at the front sliding glass door, goes to the stop sign at the top of the hill, and returns to the starting point. This is about 800 meters.
