OK, who's responsible for reminding me to post the WODs every night?! What a rookie. Who hired this guy? Sorry folks, I did have a WOD planned. So, here it is:

PRE-WOD: Accumulate 5 total minutes of L-sit/hang. Mix it up however you want, just get five minutes of it.

WOD: 3 rounds for time: 500 m row 15 thrusters (95/65) 15 kb swings (1.5/1)

This is a fast one but a little dicier than you might expect. Aim for under 12 minutes.

REC: 3 attempts at linking the most Toes to Bar that you can do. Rest as needed between attempts.
