Sometimes we forget that there are more ways to get better at something thand to just do that specific thing. Breaking the exercise down and finding similar exercises will help improve your workouts and lifts, expecially the multi movement ones. The dumbbell snatch is a great exercise to work on overhead stability, core strength, as well as strength in the turnover part of the snatch. Get a good feel for the exercise before doing todays exercise, but dont be afraid to add weight.
Exercise: Dumbbell Snatch 3x5 each arm ( go as heavy as possible )
