Primer or Strength
5x3 High Bar Back Squat @75% of 1RM
*Try to stay as upright as possible in the bottom
and drive out of the bottom with speed and focus on
moving the "Bar First" out of the bottom.

Classic Lifts/Working Sets
5x 1+1 (Snatch + Snatch Balance) 85% of Top SB
5x 1+2 (Clean + Split Jerk) 85% of Top SJ

Strength /Accessory/Skill Work
Jerk Balance Practice(Use Light Weight until proficient with speed and timing no more than 60% of top Jerk weight)
