Classic Lifts/Working Sets
Work to a heavy Snatch then,
1 @ 75, 80, 85 and 90%

Work to a Heavy Clean then,
1 @ 75, 80, 85 and 90%

Strength/Accessory/Skill Work
6x3 Floating Snatch Pull 80-100% of Top Snatch
*The bar will start at the moment of separation from
the floor and each rep in the set will float just above
the floor. No touching the Plates to the floor
during the set.
