Strength:  Front Squat 10 Reps Every Minute on the Minute for 8 minutes

10 Minute AMRAP

30 Double Unders

15 Snatches (75/55)

REC:  50 Toes to Bar for time, every time you drop off the bar do 10 Abmat Sit Ups.  Scaling to Knees to Elbow or Knee tucks is allowed.

WOD:  CrossFit Games Open WOD 13.5

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:

15 Thrusters (100/65)

15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups

If 90 reps (3 rounds) are completed in under 4 minutes, time extends to 8 minutes.

If 180 reps (6 rounds) are completed in under 8 minutes, time extends to 12 minutes.

If 270 reps (9 rounds) are completed in under 12 minutes, time extends to 16 minutes.

Etc.

This is it folks!  This is the last week of the CrossFit Open.  Give it everything you've got and leave no doubt.
