Hand Care and Taping

With high volume pull ups, toes to bar , and muscle ups, we always run the risk of tearing hands, especially if that is something that you are prone to doing. One thing i am very adamant about is that you shouldn't modify a workout to avoid tear, but should instead take the proper precautions to protect your hands. For many people this will be keeping calluses shaved down, not using excessive chalk, and my favorite, taping. Taping is a great way to offer your hands an additional layer of protection and i highly recommend that if you think you might tear, just tape your hands, Here are two variations of hand taping, i like both a lot, and they both work very well.
