Olympic Lifting News: We have had some great attendance in classes and everyone is putting in the work to improve. Thank you for that. I am also seeing some of the same faces at both classes which is even better. So starting this week you will see 2 programs posted. The first will be for Monday-Wednesday and the second for Thursday-Saturday. I am very excited about offering a little more to this program and to your training.
