Sports Performance for our Young Athletes! We're adding a brand new Varsity class with a purely powerlifting and accessory emphasis. It will be on Tue + Thu 3:30-4:30pm for 12-18 yr olds. It will compliment the Varsity Conditioning class held on Mon + Wed. It will be starting in September and be $40/mo for Strength alone, or $40/mo for Conditioning alone, or $60/mo for both.
